Data Privacy Rights and Choices

Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EEA, UK, California, Colorado, and Virginia) may request that we:

• Provide access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you
• Update information which is out of date or incorrect
• Delete certain information which we are holding about you
• Restrict the way that we process and disclose certain of your information

If you are a California consumer, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"): 

• The right to know about and access the personal information ETR collects from you and how it is used;

• The right to correct inaccurate personal information that ETR has collected from you;

• The right to delete your personal information collected from ETR;

• The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information ETR collects from you;

• The right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;

Please note that your rights may vary depending upon your jurisdiction and be subject to exceptions under law.  To exercise any of these rights, authorized agents may submit requests below. We may require proof of the written authorization you have given.
