How do I place an order?

I'm a new web customer. Where do I start?

You can place an order through our online store at https://www.etr.org/store/ using a credit card or purchase order. Simply click on Login/My Account to create a new account. Or add the items you want to your cart and click on the Cart icon. Then click on Checkout or Cart, and fill out the form to create a new account, and proceed to complete your order.

• You can send us an email or purchase order at customerservice@etr.org or send us a fax at 831-438-4284. Please include an email, phone number, and both shipping and billing addresses. We will create an account for you using your email and linking it to your organization’s account. No sign-up process is required.
• You can place an order over the phone at 800-321-4407.

What if I need a vendor form or W-9 filled out?

Please email vendor forms to us at customerservice@etr.org.
